Shipping
We deliver your purchase to wherever you tell us within the Spanish territory (except Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla), Europe, North America, and South America. We offer a door-to-door transport service, aiming to ensure your maximum comfort and product quality.
Once your order is confirmed in our system, it will change to "preparation in progress" mode until it is shipped to the specified address. When the order leaves our warehouses, you will be notified by email and it will change to "shipped" mode.
Orders sent to Spain, Portugal, and Europe are usually delivered within a maximum of 3 business days, subject to stock availability. Check delivery times for orders placed from the rest of the world.
Shipments to Spain (except the Balearic Islands) and Portugal are FREE.Shipments to Europe cost €10. Please check shipping costs for the rest of the world.
We work with different carriers depending on the product purchased. Shipments to Spain and Portugal are made through MRW. Any incident that you may detect upon delivery of the goods, in the case of being packaged (damage to the package, etc.), must be indicated in detail on the delivery note provided by the carrier before opening the packaging.

In case of out of stockWe will contact you shortly to inform you about the status of your order and the possible alternatives.
In the event that the product is not collected at the time of delivery or that, after three attempts, it is not collected, it will be understood that you are giving up the purchase made, proceeding to the return of the amount paid for the product, deducting the shipping costs.
Returns
If you decide to return the merchandise, you have 15 business days from the date of receipt at your address. The return will only be possible as long as the item has not been used and/or damaged, and must be returned in its original packaging. Please notify us of the return in advance through our contact form, selecting the option "Returns" as the subject. Returns and size exchanges will be free of charge.Within 48 hours, our transport agency will notify you for the delivery of the new item and the collection of the previous one at the same time. Please wrap the item to be returned well in the bag in which you received it (or in another packaging if you no longer have it) so that the box arrives in the best conditions at our warehouse.
In case of successive returns, the incurred expenses will be borne by the customer, and will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. This amount will be reimbursed to you in the same way you paid, once we receive the merchandise in our warehouse.
In case you want to exchange the product for another item, it will be done through a new order and the return of the previous one, with the amounts to be paid and/or refunded being adjusted.
The merchandise must be accompanied by the identifying data of the order number, name, last name, address, and contact information. Please wrap the order well in the bag in which you received it (or another packaging in case you no longer have it) so that the box arrives in the best conditions at our warehouse.
In case there is any issue regarding the warranty of the items, before sending any product, you must contact us to indicate the best possible solution. Once the problem has been analyzed, the timely solution will always be provided in accordance with current regulations (repair, replacement, discount, or refund). In the event of a return, replacement, or repair, the procedure will be the same as for a regular return.
Under no circumstances will we be able to accept shipments with postage due and/or through different agencies.
